Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. (not including Mondays and some weekends) Drop shipment orders may take longer to ship.
If you choose not to pay the taxes/fees, the package is unclaimed, or the address provided is undeliverable and the package is returned to us, we will gladly refund you for the purchased products but shipping will not be refunded!
We only will ship to the within the United States of America shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer than normal shipping in the 48 states, NO International shipping!
If you are requesting a refund, we can make some exceptions BUT, only a refund on the item/s will be issued, NO SHIPPPING. Please make sure you are positive on sizing or any other options when placing an order!
Please also be aware that due to COVID-19 we can not guarantee delivery dates these conditions are out of our control once an order has been shipped out! The standard lead time is typically 2-3 weeks.
Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled! If you are in the United States, you will be sent a return label for your order and will receive a refund once the items have been returned and checked over. If any items are missing or damaged, you will be charged the difference for the missing item(s) or charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
All products sold on the shopping cart are shipped by UPS or USPS. All packages include shipping insurance in case they are lost or damaged. USPS requires signature confirmation on all insured orders over $200.00. UPS tracking numbers are automatically generated when a package ships and the number is sent to the email address you provided. If a package contents is damaged during shipping please notify the shipping driver and file a claim with the shipper. You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period of time, M45 is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period of time M45 is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. Some items require drop shipping to complete an order. These products are shipped from manufacturer or distributor warehouses across the country. In some cases, this may speed up delivery time. You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents from date of delivery. After that period, M45 is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 14 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period M45 is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. All stocking products are subject to a 14 Day return policy. The item(s), when approved for return, are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. The cost of shipping is also deducted from the refund (if the order qualified for free shipping.) Cancelled orders are subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee. Lost packages will only be replaced, not refunded pending claim approval. All product returns require a return authorization number before being shipped back to M45 or the manufacturer. An “RMA” number is obtained by calling the M45 Support Desk at 530.823.7645 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Some products may require shipping back to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange can take place. Some products may not be able to be returned. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns on apparel. Please contact us if you have a fitment issue with our apparel. Products that have been modified or installed are not eligible for return. There are no returns for Special Order/Made to Order items and Electrical Components (including the COBB Accessport). Items returned after the 14 Day return period without an RMA will be refused. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds take 30 days or less. Payments made by Credit Card are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. There are no cash returns; we will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff.
